Yearly preventative maintenance can be scheduled as many times a year as you would like (annually, biannually, trimonthly, quarterly, or monthly) and includes service, lube, adjustment of doors and operators (we also offer drop testing for fire doors) – if you sign up for our preventative maintenance program you will receive $5 off of the hourly commercial rate.
